Middle School Ministry

For students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades our Middle School Ministry provides an atmosphere for students to grow in their relationship with Christ and reach out to their lost friends.

On Sunday mornings these students gather in Connect Groups by grade and gender and learn how to apply the Bible to their lives.  Right now our students are walking through the book of 1 John.  Your student is learning about the absolute truth of scripture, the power of their testimony, and how to compare their lives and the things of the world to the standard of Scripture.  Come join us on the third floor either from 9:30 AM - 10:40 AM or 11 AM -12 PM!!!

 

On Wednesday nights at 6:30 pm to 7:30 PM there is a high energy worship service just for Middle School students in the Fellowship Hall.  Our current series is looking at the purposes of the Church.  Our last Wednesday night until Summer is over is May 20th.  We'll have a "Make your own Sundae" station and some special entertainment from our band as well as a gospel presentation.  Bring your friends!

Middle School Ministry exists to help middle school students Get to God, Grow in Christ, and Give to Others. This is accomplished through worship, fellowship, discipleship and ministering to others.

 

UPCOMING EVENTS:

JUNE 30 - Holiday World - You pay the cost of a group rate ticket ($27) and for your lunch (around $10) and we'll get you there and back safely.   UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE FULL.

* If we all bring two canned good items then Holiday World will give us all $5 vouchers towards our lunches!!!

 

July 1 - Camp Parent Meeting - Don't forget our mandatory camp meeting for all parents on Wed., July 1st starting at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall!  You can pay off all remaining balances as well as have your medical release forms notarized at this meeting.

WE WILL OPEN UP THE COMPUTERS AT 2 PM ON JULY 1ST FOR YOU TO COME BY AND FILL OUT YOUR MEDICAL RELEASE FORM ONLINE AND HAVE IT NOTARIZED.  YOU CAN ALSO FILL THESE OUT BEFORE AND AFTER THE MEETING, BUT WE HIGHLY SUGGEST DOING SO BEFOREHAND TO AVOID THE HIGH TRAFFIC.
